![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() (2) The band / singers could be holding back in soundcheck compared to what they’ll do in service, so once the service starts, they dig into their instruments and voices more passionately and everything gets louder/messier in the mix. (1) If the sound engineer is inexperienced, they might be making adjustments to the house mix that change the monitors… hopefully not though, that’s a pretty amateur mistake! Hey Gina! Yes, I’ve experienced this too! Could be a whole bunch of reasons, so it’s hard to say without knowing your situation a bit more… but a few guesses: ![]()
